When will you ship my items?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. We ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

Please allow 5 - 15 business days for Free Tracked Shipping for delivery to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

*In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected and sometimes it depends on the destination. 

Please allow 10-20 business days for Free Tracked Shipping for delivery to all European Union Countries. 

*In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected and sometimes it depends on the destination. 

Please allow 10-25 business days for delivery to the rest of the world.

Will I Receive a Tracking Number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

The tracking number you receive will be from http://parcelsapp.com/en to monitor the status.

Once you see the tracking showing delivery to the U.S. you can enter the number into the USPS site which will give you up to date accurate delivery information.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is send us an email to support@sannastore.co with the subject line "CANCEL".

If the item has already shipped, you will have to refer to our return policy procedures to receive a refund.

Damaged Items

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

    - Your order number.

    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge or a full refund for your purchase

 

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package in such cases will be invoiced to the customer.

Sanna Store is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives in your country and...

  • The customs refuses to accept the package.
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
  • The Customer refuses to accept the package.

Sanna Store reserves the right to abandon the package and will not be responsible for any refund.

  • The holiday season is "busy season", which means it is peak time. Your shipping order may face delays. Please plan accordingly and place your orders ahead of time.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, even if they exceed the time mentioned above.
